Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Graphin Vibes iOS application ("the app") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the app and for any activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at horizonshift001@gmail.com of any unauthorized use. You may sign up using email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Continue with Google. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
2. The service
Graphin Vibes is a creative project management app for anyone who wants to organize branding, design, and marketing projects — freelancers, in-house teams, studio owners, marketers, and their collaborators. You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to harass or impersonate others, to upload malware or infringing content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you create or upload through the app (projects, assets, messages, comments). By using the app you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you and to the collaborators you invite. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
4. Pricing
The app is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will communicate the terms clearly in-app before any charge is made.
5. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, following reasonable notice where practical. Upon termination you may lose access to content stored within the app.
6. Third-party sign-in
If you choose Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google, you additionally agree to the terms of those services. The app receives only the minimum information required (identifier, email, optional name) and does not receive your third-party password.
7. Warranties and liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
